Outlog is a small, privacy-first app that marks each day you leave home, on iPhone and Apple Watch.

Outlog did not mark a day I left home. Make sure Location access is set to Always (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Outlog) and that Precise Location is on. iOS delivers geofence exits with a small delay and only after you have moved roughly 100 metres or more from the home point.
My Apple Watch shows "Open Outlog on iPhone". Open Outlog on the iPhone once while the Watch is nearby; the current calendar is sent to the Watch automatically. Complications update shortly after.
How do I move house? In Settings, tap Clear Home Location, then Set Current Location as Home while you are at the new address. Your history is kept.
How do I get my data out? Settings → Data → Export Data as CSV. The file contains one row per tracked day and never includes your home location.
How do I delete everything? Delete the app. All data is stored on your devices only; see the privacy policy.
